Six people risked their lives to help Anne Frank and her family hide from the Nazis during World War Ⅱ.The last survivor among those helpers，Miep Gies passed away in January 2010 at the age of 100.
Gies was the best known of the six.She collected and hid the teenager's diary after the Nazi secret police discovered their hiding place in an Amsterdam office building.
