The Great American Read
The series will connect Americans from all walks of life through reading from a list of 100 diverse books. The program over the summer will have authors, well-known Americans and book lovers talk about themes the books share: love, heroes, self-discovery, etc. Readers and viewers can share their experiences and vote on their favorite books. In the fall, the votes will be counted and then America's best-loved book will be announced. The books are available in the library and we encourage you to read as many of them as you can.
