Come face-to-face with remarkable items from the Library's collection that illustrate our great history. Let our volunteer guides give voice to their stories.
For: everyone
Availability: every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 11: 30 am (from January 2021)
Bookings: required, maximum of 10 visitors allowed per booking, book here
Cost: free
Duration: 30 minutes/meet in the foyer(门前)
Art in your Library
Hear how the architect conceived the design of the building and how the art fits into this vision. You will find out how many different types of marble were used in its construction.
For: everyone
Availability: every Thursday at 11:00 am, except public holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year
Bookings: not required, however, a minimum of two weeks notice is required for group bookings
Cost: free
Duration: 60 minutes, meet in the foyer
Behind the Scenes
Visit the stacks where the books are stored and learn about strange curiosities in the Library's collection. Experience the history of the Library as well as witness its journey into the future.
For: everyone
Availability: every Thursday at 2 pm, except public holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year
Bookings: not required however, a minimum of two. weeks notice is required for group bookings

Duration: 60 minutes, meet in the foyer
